Background

Pearl has experience in a wide range of civil litigation and insurance-related cases, both for insurance and non-insurance clients. Her diverse practice includes both defence and plaintiff work in the areas of personal injury, occupiers' liability, products liability, fire loss claims, professional negligence, medical malpractice claims, and appellate work. Pearl is a passionate advocate who devotes herself to her clients. Her eye for detail and thoroughness make her an excellent advocate. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.
