Background

Kim joined the firm in 2002. She practices in areas of litigation bringing with her a background in plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice. She is now focused on insurance defence matters. Kim is extensively involved in document management and production for large and complex litigation cases. She assists in drafting of pleadings, motion materials, affidavit of documents, and trial preparation in both Provincial and Federal Court matters.
